SHOWINGS
Our staff and leasing agents screen and vet potential applicants. We require all prospective viewers or their licensed real estate agent to register with our office prior to each showing of your property. We only allow licensed Realtor's to show your property to prospective tenants. A lockbox is placed on every property for an added layer of security, our lockboxes are equipped with a feature that keeps a log of all who enter your property.
TENANT SCREENING
Each potential tenant must consent to a background and credit check screening. We also verify their employment and past rental history.
